Like him so far! Speaks better than the CEO. Dresses better. For some reason Frankie looked sloppy today.

Frank will remain chairman of the board, so Mike will take direct orders from Frank. That is why Frank brought someone in from the outside, because he doesn't trust his current leadership team enough. This is common knowledge in the office.
@aj+1jkbh8c21 Correction for you: nothing will change for the better
Ignore the “Nothing will change” schtick. Exactly the same thing was said when JY handed off to Frank - remind me how that worked out again?
The board don’t set these regressive policies - it’s the chairman and CEO. When he leaves everything could change.
Nothing will change unless Frank is 100% out of picture.
I enjoyed working at Fiserv pre Frank but like many of you, I got let go even though I followed the rules.
@ae+1jkbh8c21 the CEO is not the board. Don't press your luck.
As an ex-Fiserv employee who left in 2024, I hope the new CEO can bring some stability and focused direction for my former family.
Seems like a great guy, obviously a family man…but…I’m sorry to say this….and I mean this…it seems like Frank has his hand up his a-s like a puppet. “We won’t be doing anything different”. Hopefully formal talk and he actually takes initiative to make positive changes.
Yeah Frank was rumpled like the pit boss at a failing casino.
Yeah, he seems chill. Kinda looks like Sho-ter McGavin.
Ive never heard such corporate horsesh-t in my life.
Yeah Frank, it’d be easier for me to enjoy my work if you weren’t actively trying to make my work-life balance so miserable, I’d quit without severance.
But yes, new guy speaks well. Time will tell if he cares about employees or not.
His tie is really freaking long
