Don’t expect me to strike for a contract that fu--s over new members at every turn. I will continue to work BAU. I couldn’t care less about retiree benefits. Meritocracy is the only fair system, seniority doesn’t mean sh-t to me. Take the package and enjoy your pension.

@OP here. Also non-union gets an extra week of vacation time AND more paid holidays. This is fu--ing bullsh-t!!
Your individual efforts won’t make any difference whatsoever in the outcome of a strike. You’ll still benefit from whatever happens. The unions efforts over the years is probably the only reason you even have a job and it wasn’t contracted out years ago. To blast your personal beliefs all over this site so much shows your insecurity about your actions and a misguided belief that we actually give a sh$t.

@ah nah just an anti union guy stuck in a union job cause I’m not near a hub. I appreciate the benefit of the doubt though.
This is probably a phony divide and conquer post trying to deflect from the fact that the board of directors didn't get touched and will still get $80 million a year after laying off 13,000 people. Either that or it's that one DEI and "union bloat" obsessed poster, who should really seek out a therapist.
