9:30 start times! 1 1/2 hour lunches. People disappearing for the day by 4pm.

Ahh the good ol' days are back!

WFH is too much work. 8am start. Online until 6pm. I'm looking forward to this. Counting my 1/2 hour commute as work time. Being able to make errand stops on the way home. Completely unplugging at home (never removing my laptop from it's bag!).

I'm in.

@ah

Might be a better chance if you were hired in remote as well. But that remains to be seen. I guess you'll find out your worth and if they need you to stay.

Here’s a post from X.com that has some interesting speculation.

I requested a remote exemption. My boss said one of the criteria is distance from the office but didn’t know how many exemptions were going to be approved and can’t guarantee anything. I’m well over an hour away and even if I do go in I’ll just be on Teams calls all day. I don’t work with anyone at my office for any tasks.

I’d wager that my exemption will get rejected. They’re probably only doing it for people who are medically exempt so they don’t get sued.

For sure! I mean where else can I see my teammates spread all over the country. Oh wait?
