It actually takes one day to hire off shore plus the amount of perks they give them is insane.
I'm sorry but India in the RCM is doing a terrible job and my client is losing money 'like the world has never seen'! Sorry had to match the annoying level of hyperbole going on in the world.

No need to belittle foreign workers. They are just doing their journey job to feed their families. The greedy corporates made the decision to offshore. Start calling out the CEOs, CTO, EDs who outsourced everything while pocketing millions.
They are also continuously breaking the law when they send patient information on some plans offshore. Report them to compliance every single time!

We should start boycotting companies that use foreigners.
Call a company’s customer service, a foreigner answers and you keep saying “huh? I can’t make out what you’re saying.” Hang up the phone and change service provider to one that employs Americans.
We’re the ones paying these companies for services while they’re ruining our quality of life.
UHG and other American companies are building up the economies of foreign countries by employing their citizens, decimating the American economy by laying Americans off, while get rewarded with tax breaks and wall street.

Because they can work for one-third to one-tenth of the salary of Americans. We never win against cheap labors.
They should have put Tariffs on overseas call centers too.

It's kind of a funny thing...When a person interviews for a decent paying mindless job onshore, they go through a rigorous screening process of multiple interviews. When a company offshores their labor, they just accept anyone who kinda speaks English..
