Work on Aetna side and see it daily: ghost jobs posted for 2 days while hiring manager already has a buddy or relative set up for a job that they aren't qualified for or come from outside the company and start working ineffectively for many months to years given the lack of training and support..not to mention no goals or methods of improvements..it's a wild west sh-tshow daily.. meanwhile 25+ year veterans are passed over for promotion time and again.. people managers around here are trash..

@ah Correct, this thug company needs to be investigated by the HHS and CMS for PBM discounts not being passed to patients. Also, they are under lawsuit in various states for not disclosing U & CP (Usual and Customary pricing) to patients having insurance as well as to govt. plan holders, which is deliberate fraud, hence they need to be sued by all the states and their AGs. .
Indian managers are hiring only third party contractors. Most of them started their consulting firms and billing CVS 120-150$ per hr, pay contract workers $50-60 per hr. Making millions of dollars.
If this fraud continues, nobody gets a call.
I just turned this company down for a job after reading these posts
Tell the feds. I’m sure they would like to add it to their list.

It's not WHAT YOU KNOW, It's WHO YOU BLOW.
This is NOT about being grateful for having a job.. any employer that would take a tact of positioning themselves as somehow "doing a favor" to their employees is id--tic. Employees trade time and skills in return for a check. When people are in positions where they bring time, but NO SKILLS and are toxic mo--ns also then everyone loses.. this is why I take my $$$, work a 2nd FT remote job and collect as much $$$ as I can for as long as I can. THIS IS THE GAME. PLAY IT OR YOU WILL FAIL YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. CORPORATIONS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
It is rampant...see people only out of school get Director level jobs due to who you know not qualifications. Many fail and since a Director can blame their people
CVS will always struggle as they allow this to happen constantly. The best story heard so far was a lady in Alabama graduated college (4 years that is it) was brought in as Senior Manager and now is a VP
One can be grateful for employment AND outraged at cronyism.
To be fair I've seen 20 year veterans be put in roles without qualifications too and say they deserved it.
I mean you can hang out in a kitchen and never learn to cook or read a recipe I guess.
Be grateful you have a job!
Even in isle 2 ?
Incompetence is the problem. So much dead weight.
Yep. The word is cronyism.
Sounds like the company I work for, too!
