With all the money that execs have burned on RTO, a new Global HQ, and the stock tanking because that’s all Stankey knows how to do, how are feeling about bonuses?

Are we going to be paying for RTO, new HQ, and our horrific work culture out of our bonuses?

I've never seen grown folks cry so much about work before.

It's a job. RTO is not the end of the world. It's literally just showing up to work. Be an adult and go to work.

Babies. All the real talent has apparently already left T and we're left with the problem children that cannot work unsupervised and desperately need RTO to get the metrics back on track.

Now, go have another Teams meeting about how to make a techs life more difficult with another BS app or metric.

Been here 30+ as a mgmt employee. Worst bonus I think was about 80% of target, and I think it was the only time it was below 90%. Highest was a little over 120%. Vast majority of years was 100% or more. Average is definitely above 100%. Of course, I’m getting a very nice bonus, goofballs.

They’ve out performed OI and Cash Flow the past 3 quarters. Major layoffs will come but doubt it’s going to impact 2025 bonuses especially with the announcement to move offices post new year. Everything as of now is speculation besides the fear mongering of capital pressure to end the year.

You know that’s going to be the why. Here’s an interesting metric, we go 5x RTO, costs go up, revenue down, sure sounds like all that “togetherness” and “culture” are working out great to make us a faster more efficient company. #fail

Increased RTO expenses is just another excuse. Another arrow in the quiver. Another step toward their goal. But in the end, no bonus saves Stinky more expense dollars and pi---s off more people to quit on their own. In the eyes of the clown at the top, no bonus for the masses is a win-win…

I worked 20 years in ATT Corp Real Estate, told them years ago to NOT sell and leaseback Whitacre but to cut their losses and move to Plano/Frisco... What do I know as a lowly individual contributor? PS, I left that miserable place several yrs ago.

He mentioned it already a few months ago. There will be no bonuses due to an increase in overhead expense aka RTO. This means rent, utilities, maintenance, condition improvements all increased because of the transition from 0-3 days to 5 days (no sh!t) but for some reason “leadership” didn’t expect this uptick in cost. This is a result of blindly making poor decisions, as usual.

Now even more is needed to fund the move from Dallas to Plano. In short, you will not be getting a bonus because of RTO. Do something you hate and pay for it too!
