Am I crazy for hoping to get a call? That 60 days sounds nice and the way they’re moving makes it feel like whoever is left will be worked to the bone.

As an $11B insult takes shape next door…
@bg 3 people total @ LFAB, (IT, WPL and a staffing/recruiter)
@ag are you referencing layoffs today or from earlier? Any chance you heard what groups in LFAB were effected today?
@a7 No, bonuses are only paid back if you leave voluntarily (at least it says so on my offer letter)
It does not apear to be a good time to be the one looking for a job. Be thankful you kept your job...their packages are not vacations, they will have to work hard to find jobs and possibly relocate their families.
The laid off workers @ L Fab in UT did not get their unvested stock.
@ab I know they aren’t legally required to. But I’m curious if they would allow some near term to vest as part of severance agreement.
@a9 it says you do not get any RSUs that are unvested. You can search RSU on info link, there’s a page with a table.
@a2 the current CEO is an id--t. Rich Templeton was a better CEO.
Does anyone know 100% what happens to unvested RSUs? I’ve heard mixed things and a lot of assumptions.
If they let RSUs vest I think many people would be thrilled to be cut right now.. a lot of people waiting on the retention RSUs they gave out in 2022-2023
@a7 I heard you dont pay back the bonus
If we got a bonus sign on and were fired before two years do we still have to pay it back?
You’re not alone!
I was affected by the layoffs earlier this year. My heart goes out to everyone going through it or waiting to hear their fate.
Here's hoping wherever you land, you land on your feet.
@OP No for real they get 60 days, time bank payout, then after that they can go ahead and get unemployment, sounds like a well rested that was needed.
Same. Regardless, my remaining time left here is short.
That's exactly right. My son was laid off at Lfab (Lehi, Ut) in March. The remaining people there have way too much work to do, to the point that it isn't getting done. What is this CEO thinking? My heart goes out to all of you being laid off. I hope the very best for you.
