@OP No, but I think by wednesday next week most of us will have a pretty good idea of what it is lol...we were told today that our dept is 'probably' safe from ISP but not sure about a reorg or certain people being moved at some point to "fit realignment". So of course that just added to the chaos. Over it.

No. I'm in a technical role where skill sets can vary quite a bit and haven't heard a thing. I was expecting some kind of talent matching to happen or at least an inventory of people and skills. I'm either losing my role or have a very high risk of getting assigned to a role that isn't a good fit for me.
