Most dysfunctional leaders I have ever worked with is in ECS, too many cooks in the kitchen.

@ag from my knowledge, it is the division of Optum that deals with big contracts from corporations who provide UHG insurance to their employees. ECS manages these patients and companies to make sure everyone and everything is taken care of. Mostly makeing sure the companies are happy with the UHG policies they buy.

ECS is huge. What rules and divisions are on the cutting block?

ECS = Enterprise Clinical Services
No surprise here. Over 2000 WellMed pledges were moved over to this reporting area. Hard to believe all would be kept especially if roles duplicate with no unique knowledge or if role could be off shored.

Seems to save others the cuts will be severe and deep.

Not surprising since most of our jobs have been sent offshore.
