There are numerous mba job postings and at least 1 oom so not sure what that poster was referring too saying all the postings have been pulled down?

@165 I checked and they are all gone from the career portal 🥲🙁😶🌫️🫣 now the only question is how they will decide which gets to keep their job the OOM or the MBA
just an FYI, step one is already complete with all Omni channel operations managers jobs being removed from the Macys website. You can check for yourself. step two will be at the end of the month. I have not lied. I have direct insight.
So the MBA will take on the OOM responsibilities??? I don't see how that works at all
Anyone hear about SMM jobs for non f125 stores? Are they going away? Our STM said we are over one manager job, but hasn’t said anything more than that.
@gc I am also intrigued as they just unfroze hourly hiring as they had frozen hourly store jobs and had recalculated hourly roles for stores for fall thought they would have calculated the manager roles at the same time

I thought it would have been done start of this new quarter, but someone mentioned numbers are being calculated later in the month...leading to announcement?

We just lost a CXM in my store they left and won’t be replaced due to changes in budgets
@ag hmm 🤔 interesting I wonder if that will be some stores or all stores , OOM and MBA are big jobs to combine into one job even if they make it a senior management role

What do you mean by OOM and MBA= one senior job. My store hasn't had an OOM in 18 months.
I can't see them eliminating the SMM. Who's going to have responsibility for the signing/receiving/FF teams then?

OOM and MBA = One senior job in store . This is why the financial inventory is now moved to 7/14-7/15 . This is due to announcement end of month. Sorry to all .
