HR here - no layoffs unless you are a consecutive poor performer but with backfills happening. Mike wants to retain not just lay off to make numbers look good way Frankenstein did
The entire cyber team needs to be swiftly flushed into the sewer, especially the first data side.
I was told from a high up trusted vp that there is a cyber re-org and layoffs.
@ag Fiserv has been hiring new people just to fire more people several years in a row now. Where have you been.
Unfortunately, they weed out the good employees, water down the will of any of us to exist here, and don't care. At this point and for several years, for management and the board, this company seems to be a washed up ponzi scheme to squeeze.
