Whether it’s layoffs, RTO, benefit cuts, or any of the other terrible decisions management has pushed in recent years, far too many people are willing to just roll over and accept it. Sure, people grumble. They vent on sites like this, complain to their families, and air their frustrations. But when it comes time to actually take a stand, it's crickets. And then we wonder why they keep getting away with it.

Dell is actually full of folks happy with doing the wrong thing.. mediocre and yesman culture is so strong here.
Can't wait for market to get better so I can quit safely.
Take your message to the walls. Old school. And grab a roll or three for home. Increased consumption of TP is a positive metric.

@ag+1jm7mmxm5
You cr-p on people about complaining on a troll forum that you yourself post on. Even more sad
You Micks need to show some appreciation for american companies.
In Ireland you need to give 3 months notice before changing someone's work location . Fu-k you MD
@a4+1jm7mmxm5 Pointless post.My post still stands.
See the first post, duuumie.
You can both point out dell is garbage company and one should strive to find a better company.
So typical of this forum and our times. Any post that encourages taking individual responsibility for your own well being and career is negatively marked but those adding to the wailing and belly aching about working at Dell are marked positive. Sad... very sad
Stop with this naive blabbering. You are an employee at will. Management do what they want. If you don't like what they are doing get up and go look for another gig. Otherwise take your paycheck, go home, and be thankful you have a job.
@a3+1jm7mmxm5 OP is right.Its cowards like you that let top brass treat us like sh-t.
So you are saying people should rise up before they get canned? And do what? Much easier to do when you are sitting back at your apartment waiting on your severance package to get deposited with no laptop and a new cell phone number you had to get since they kept your phone at the exit interview...
You fight with your feet. Strive to move towards a better company.
Dell is a dumpster fire not worth ones effort.
Dell is a 3 that thinks it's a 9 and managed to convince some it's a 5
