I guess someone higher up got bad news from an accountant today because it's a bloodbath. It seems widespread. 5 people in my department alone. Time to panic

Freewheel (Comcast Advertising) layoff right before Olympics too and not the first round - they've had more in the past. Very hush hush and no Warn Act mention on EEOC site. How are they able to get around it is the question in comparison to other media giants like Warner and Disney?
