If you "honestly do about 2 hours of work on average per day", it is hard to see how it "has made the last few years so stressful". Can you expand on that?

I find it stressful looking busy. It's not the easiest thing to do. I much rather have something to do for 40 hours rather than having 30 hours of looking busy.

@af If you only have 2 hours of work each day, what is so stressful?

Those who remain are su-kers. You could have left a year ago when the market was better. Good luck finding something when you get sh-t canned. Place su-ks, those who remain su-k and the management are a bunch of a-s kissing, reach around je-k offs.

I honestly do about 2 hours of work on average per day. So I’m thinking about getting a 2nd gig. I know others who have a 2nd full time position, but I don’t want to get in over my head and/or get caught.

I know this company doesn’t care about me so I shouldn’t are so much about a company that has made the last few years so stressful.

No. I will remain here, actively disengaged, squandering time and company resources. Happy to leave, with severance in hand but not before.

If it makes you all cranky, well, that's an additional bonus!
