I got promoted to G11 but I turned it down. I just wanna cruise along at my current G10 level to sunset. Hopefully, I can dodge the layoff axe.

You’re correct. The mass promotion initiative made no sense unless this was the intention (along with forcing PIPs on employees who previously were acceptable). LC is a clanging cymbal.
