When people are happy they’re motivated to work harder and help the company achieve success. When unhappy they’ll act maliciously and do the bare minimum.

Give people the flexibility they deserve of a hybrid model and ditch the 5 days and hours tracking. 70% of companies still operate in a remote or hybrid model. The boomer ideology that you must be in an office to be successful is completely false in 2025. Anyone under 40 will never buy in to this. So adapt or fail (again).
