Want to right the ship? Bring back employee satisfaction

When people are happy they’re motivated to work harder and help the company achieve success. When unhappy they’ll act maliciously and do the bare minimum.

If you want to reduce headcount just layoff like normal. Let’s end the RTO bullsh!t and get this company back on track. Productivity is sh!t these days. Give people the flexibility they deserve of a hybrid model and ditch the 5 days and hours tracking. 70% of companies still operate in a remote or hybrid model. The boomer ideology that you must be in an office to be successful is completely false in 2025. Anyone under 40 will never buy in to this. So adapt or fail (again).

The truth is, bod and stankey dont give a sh-t about the employees. They are getting paid, no matter how angry the employees get. Stocks are high. Rto and employees leaving must be working. They actually prefer to just stop coming in already. At this point, you are just a burden to this company.

AT&T will never be right again. There is not one single person here that should ever forget who these monsters revealed themselves to be. Even if they went to 100% remote, you should never forget the evil that leads us and the families they destroyed. If I ever catch anyone forgetting the real AT&T, I will remind them myself.
