Time to cut bait and focus on ICE and hybrids that people want. We should have never bought into the EV business when it takes tax credits to sell and still lose a lot of money.
Every year continuing on EVs is just another bad decision at this point.
Grow up already. Bad decisions, lack of leadership, and lack of vision are bigger threats to Ford's existence than political policies.
Maybe the move to LCC staffing will cover the losses. Of course, unclear how those in India, Mexico, and Brazil are going to help sales numbers.
Very few in the US wanted EVs anyways. Maybe we’ll see a repeat of the early 1900’s.
Billy and Fartley got in bed with the Feds and will end up blowing now 30 billion dollars. Hey Bill when you get in bed with DC bureaucrats you will end up with STDs. Good luck former Ford coworkers you may be headed for bankruptcy if the economy tanks.
Stupid! Same format as another pointless post addressing absolutely nothing. Please stop with the obvious spam.
It was obvious from day 1 that EVs weren’t ready for mass adoption. Ford banked on the government creating the market unnaturally instead of focusing on giving customers what they need or want.
That’s the real mistake.
@af+1jjcyp6gb except that the $130k loss per EV is a fact. The EV tax credit about to be revoked is a fact.
We're $30 billion into a bet that didn't pan out. We're sc--wed.
Meh, that website always publishes items which trash Ford. They don’t seem to be a reliable source.
First time I’ve seen the number $130,000 lost for each Ford EV sold, just wait until the battery plants are operational 🤣🤣🤣
I can’t think of a more deserving family of Class B share owners!
