Every where SVPs without basics, strange how they got promoted, is these promotions are based on age criteiria? these people are destroying with their politics, even they know resources have strong tech knowledge, they are keeping them behind screen.

Can we start with the tech Directors who don't understand tech?
The tech SVPs who do know tech really well and are hands on are frequently targeted by the grossly incompetent tech Ds who are scared of being exposed for incompetence.
That would be 90% of SVPs in Tech

some of your people make 240+ as a Business Analyst! Crazy!
Some of these people have such mindset if I fail I make sure my peer will also pair by not providing resources and info.

Any demoted SVP at this point is overpaid and over qualified for non managerial position but not qualified as technical position because they were not hand on in their old manager / secretarial position. Their skill set are not matching the current title/ position/ pay scale

By the way, being in tech doesn't mean the knowledge is better than the other. Some tech have no clue about business.
