@aez+1gsGlLis several have already. It takes over a month for those to be looked at. Even then it's just give a reply back with a plan for correction.
Took several months for the rat infestation to be looked at. That resulted in a bu-----t letter being posted in the training room detailing the stores plan of action. Which Nothing actually got done about.

A lot of stores/districts had to freeze supply orders. so in many cases it’s not that they stopped issuing , it’s that they don’t have them to issue
