@b1 <5 year NCGs are looking outside, sick of it. Does ADI need their CEO's signature to hire other than NCGs? No.

@b0 True. Unfortunately some of the current “leaders” want people to be afraid of the potential of losing their jobs. I know ‘HK’ has said in some meetings he wanted people to be afraid of losing their jobs to “motivate” them to grow revenue and internal metrics. They want to “lead” and “motivate” by fear and that’s why TI will never be the same as it was under Templeton.

It's never going to end. Haviv will beat you to submission so surrender or suffocate. Soon everyone will learn how they treat 15yr loyal employees. I'll miss all of you and pray everyone will be in better places than here. You people that get to do jigsaw puzzles in the break areas and also kept your job can go fu-k yourself. Grow up ffs.

@aw Dec 12 is when folks that were part of this RIF will technically be laid off if they don’t find alternate roles.

These greedy a$$hats don't know real engineering work if it fell into their hands. Texas Instruments is no more. India Instruments indeed. 🇮🇳 laying off engineers out of spite in many cases. Losers.

Sadly I've herd the same. SC management got "revamped" completly. Ahh yes, the cure to all cures, cut people and give more work to employee with no pay boost. Well TI lived up to their values of being a fortune 500 company. The burnout will come, either soon or it may happen to this upcoming generation of young adults. I see a lot of people getting tired and leaving, may be the reason why AI is being pushed. I hope and pray every one of you will find something that will be great for you!! It was nice knowing everyone!
