27 years in Atlanta 46 years old. First job was in collections- those were the days. No college education so looking internally as well as trade school for radiology.

Got my SNL Monday. Located in Charlotte, 24 years before SBC/T. Only 59 years old so do not qualify for SS. Been looking already since February but so far no offers. Seems like companies posting open positions but not hiring.
3 days is the minimum standard in Atlanta for now.
Actually, in talking to the CRE guy last week, he said they'd prefer us stick to the 3 days until the other buildings/areas open up if that's what our group was told.

Umm, yes there was. It's why I posted what I posted. Read through the thread before you post bs. There was a lot of racism and misogyny on my other post too. If the comments were from att employees, they have major racism and misogyny in their ranks. It was crazy to see how many people responded with their hate and racism.

If you are a manager only doing the absolute bare minimum, you need to expect you will be placed at the bottom of your group when employee rankings are completed. Supervisors should expect every employee to maximize productivity and ask for additional assignments if having more time. 3 days is the minimum standard in Atlanta for now. If that is all you are currently doing, you are and should be at risk.

These very seat-warmers needs to be surpluses first.
Do you know you literally are taking 33 days more to finish the work assigned to you which should be done 230 days (excluding holidays and PTO) , so you are generally 14.3% slower than people who leave office in 8 hours, so you lack skills, time to get you surplussed.
