Sorry to hear. WARN notices for California and Florida were posted a few weeks ago. They have to act within 90 days of reporting it to WARN.
Very sorry you received notice - getting displaced is awful. It is also bittersweet since you are no longer in the lurch, waiting for it. Those of us who remain have no idea how long it will be before we are kicked off The Stagecoach. Best of luck to you as you reset, refocus, and hopefully enjoy a well-deserved break.
Anyone who reads this site is more than likely struggling with Stockholm syndrome coupled with crippling anxiety disorder and depression.

file for unemployment after your 60 day period, you are considered employed until then. as for collecting severance and unemployment that will depend on your state. I believe in CA you can. As for how much, the max amount is $450 per week for up to 26 weeks. In my case totally maxing out won't even cover half a months salary, but something is better than nothing.
You cannot collect 60 day notice pay and unemployment, or severance and unemployment.
Don’t worry you’ll find something better who wants to work for somewhere where you are on edge everyday . What kind Of business were you ?
