Eliminate redundancies and simplify things so customers can self serve efficiently and effectively. That’s pretty much what one has to do when running a utility/near commodity firm.
Selling up the stack with higher margin services has not proven to be attainable at scale so far.
Hans was more of a “build 5G and they will come”. They didnt.
So Dan is taking a different route. Gotta try something .
