It can’t even do basic task. It will keep throwing random responses or that it can’t help with anything. Total waste of time!
It’s more like chatbot from 2017 than chatbot from 2026..

The board already knows about the disfunctional chatbot, they are moving to frontiers product, target date 6/30 before iconic.

Navigating the website was frustrating because the checkout process failed. It is so complex. Fortunately, the chatbot was effective and handled my request. It’s a decent service overall.
I completely agree. It was fielded way before it should have been. We’re clearly unable to build this stuff in house. We should have used a third-party tool instead.
