Doesn't affect me I'm in the office 5 days already.
They will be tracking our badges for compliance. Also told that more of the old buildings are being opened up to accommodate.
Question for those that didn't RTO 4 days, what is for status?

Farley is truly a buffoon. I wouldn't doubt there is a lot of pressure from all of the overpriced Dearborn restaurants pushing this as well.
Doubt it. Just got objectives. 4 days.
@r0 this is correct 5 days imminent
I have heard from a very good source 5 days a week is coming. There will be some kind of option to work remotely one day a week at times anyway. But 5 days for sure as the general rule. They are also implementing a tracking system for all employees apparently being used in India already. This will be monitoring how long you are in the office, etc.
I give this sad trolling a 2/10. Points deducted for lack of originally, plus more for being general BS.
I am not looking forward to this, this place lacks a certain hygge/gezellig/gemutlichkeit it used to have. English is pretty comprehensive compared to other Germanic languages, but we seem to come up short here. I wonder if that says something about us.
Ahem...exceptions will be made in fact. But only for people the company cannot afford to lose. Although you probably assumed that this wasn't most people and you'd be right. They expect people that don't have that bargaining chip to push back with to quit or RTO. This is so simple to understand.
"We should stop making sedans" - classic example of the tone deaf interpretation of what a customer "wants". What's being considered now? An affordable EV...that's...wait for it...NOT A SEDAN. fml...
right on the fools day
Just like saying what Farley keep saying, "we need to listen to the customer, give them what they want." Here's your car, $50K please. Ugh!
Oh no, whatever shall we do...while we watch this not actually happen.
Re-read the posting directly below yours until it sinks in.
@a7+1kehq7hn5 the data supports whatever the management wants it to support. apparently the data supported burning up billions of dollars in EVs at one time haha. boo!
Doug fully supports this; and while pink bunny slippers are optional (although highly recommended), there will be NO exceptions to RTO.
No exceptions, huh? 😆😆😆
Sweet summer child, there are ALWAYS exceptions. Anyone stating otherwise is lying to you.
@a7 What data?
The Data supports this....
I mean, Farley admitted in a town hall that he called his CEO buddies to discuss RTO.
If true this is only because Farley can’t think for himself and has to copy whatever Jassy at Amazon does.
