@b8 correct. this is a simple rebrand of the PBM to avoid the impending legislation. They will find a way to extort the American people for even more money year after year through some other method :)

It basically means move the money somewhere else obscure in the dr-g delivery middleman pipeline and Caremark will do something similar.

@ad+1k8qr6p40 PBMs are middle men but the Cigna model isn't actually "moving away" from rebates or yielding a cheaper script for plan members. They're still skimming a portion of rebates and charging fees, it's just a different flavor of middle man scam.
