Thread regarding Omnissa layoffs

Leadership week

Leadership week is a joke. Norlin speaking to us about being a leader when he doesn’t do anything but monitor dashboards and fail at executing a go to market strategy is pure comedy. He needs to be the first one fired if this company has a chance.

It's all good though. He can watch 3 games on his iPad while travelling (LinkedIn post.) That's your go to market strategy?

I agree, KKR left Shankar in charge to lead an executive team that is unable to deliver what we need to survive. The track record is clear: they try and fail, over and over again.

"Leadership Week" at Omnissa is the ultimate oxymoron. Our ongoing business challenges result from a lack of qualified leadership that can reverse our continued decline. We can continue down this path and expect a different outcome. I blame KKR for its inability to make the change that is so obvious to us on the front line. "Apathy Week" would be the more accurate way to describe what we are witnessing. It's pathetic.

@ad so you realize the irony of that? The entire poor is that someone is saying do their job when they themselves are not. Thank you for proving my point. Expose yourself for the world / company to see
