Where is HR?

Comm pays 3 mill and up to the head of HR.
Every year we get cr-ppier health insurance, full of gimmicks, services no one needs and DEI.

Hr, you are herding people and the company, over the cliff.

Once customers understand the mood inside comm…. We are done for good.

No wonder the company is struggling. I remember being heavily questioned for purchase orders for essential revenue-generating equipment, only to witness other expenses—such as DEI initiatives, Women in Tech, and NASCAR sponsorships—being approved without hesitation during the same meetings. Meanwhile, my revenue-generating equipment was denied. It's evident that HR has different goals that aren't aligned with revenue generation.

Not bad.3 million a year to talk about wishy washy mindfulness,wellbeing etc etc when it is NOT been applied to the staff.plus they can't even get their new time system right .
All smoke and mirrors,give impression they are working to improve conditions but in reality they are sleepwalking in their job
responsibilities.disgraceful
