The amount of money this company could save by getting rid of b-ms. Anyone see these people sitting in booths all day long and the old man walking in circles- VP by the way. Lets get rid of em and allocate the salary to deserving hard working employees!

@ac Unfortunately, it is all due to the poor earnings report for 1Q. The stock price dropped, so they only do what they know how to do: keep cutting.
Eventually, there will be nothing left to cut. Mark my word - it is coming!
Yet the do nothing nepo baby who's been working here for 16 years because his mommy (she's a director) keeps his job secure.
He literally does nothing all fu--ing day and puts himself in fake meetings all the time to make it look like he's working. I sit next to him. He isn't at his desk half the day while his fake meeting with himself is still clocking.
People like him need to be weeded out and kicked to the curb yesterday.
@OP i know of 3 hard working individuals who were cut yesterday with a poor severance. Fiserv is going to keep cutting the hard working employees instead of waking up and getting rid of some of the C Suite folks that are not helping get us back on track!! The cuts I heard of yesterday with in Card Production Shoreview/Indy.
Any employee who is actually working hard for Fiserv clearly isn't bright enough to handle a salary increase.
