@ac I barely do the bare minimum and still getting a 100% personal modifier every year. For my team the oy ones that have ever had less than a 100% modifier were the ones let go on the next layoff round.

@ac - only if you su-k at your job or your manager dislikes you. There's certainly a reason you wouldn't get 100%
