Do you know why Accenture is cancelling all the DIS contracts? Any of you know what is the future of DIS?

Several rumors going on. Some say DIS is done, others that operation will be ship to India. This situation needs to me monitor closely.

Are they outsourcing / offshoring to replace or straight eliminate positions?
I have mixed signals.
First, Accenture is laying off all remote workers. Then they'll continue by closing all remaining campaigns in Atlanta. I'm referring to the DIS.
