Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Any idea how long this will last?

Are all the notifications going out in the first couple of days, or is this going to stretch across the whole week? I doubt it’ll spill into next week, but I guess it’s not impossible. Anyone know?

Has it ever really ended since around Q4 2022?

I'll give OP a layoff prediction: It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be grey, and it's gonna last you for the rest of your life.

Layoff dates are org dependent, which vary, but are largely being done in July. It’s almost like you all are already laid off

For non exempt, front end shifts will get notified today. The back end shifts will get notified Thursday.

The first wave will be easy. The people with performance issues.

Second wave, people ranked on the bottom.

Third wave will get harder. Trying to eliminate all some of the good workers.

This is just my opinion.
