I’ve heard rumblings of everyone being brought back to 5 days in. Is there any truth to that and when is it expected to happen?

As of today, its 5 days for everyone.
@f4+1jkbgk3gv Attrition of the best to other places! Very smart 180IQ move, Fiserv C level!
All people leaders are 5 days a week. Look at the policy they sent out and have posted. It started December 2024.
If not enough can be cut with 4 days and the remaining remotes, then it will be 5 days for all so they can reduce operating costs or aka cost savings.
a forced attrition to save money
Starting march - confirmed
@ab+1jkbgk3gv "Following Fiserv's pattern," you can expect only the worst will be left if they aren't up to collect social security within the next 5 years.
@ac+1jkbgk3gv it is only certain teams and
high level managers. Don't be fake news.
It's not a rumor. Our SVP officially announced it last November when they fired 8% of the workforce. Everyone will be back before the end of Q1.
Remember when everyone was forced to work remote. Then later they had all the leaders go in to the office. Then they forced everyone to return to the office.
Before everyone was four days in the office. But now they have the leaders working five days in the office. Following Fiserv's pattern, you can expect that they will have everyone in the office.
I'm guessing six months after the leaders requirements were changed, so about two more months until you will be required to work five days in the office.
It’s happening- 5 days for leaders. Only hope is the new CEO
