Getting tired of hearing about how great the previous quarter was and how much money dell made, when the people who made that happen are shown nothing in return. We get below inflation rate raises, no promotions and constant layoffs...
Show us the money MD. Prove how great of a quarter it was and spread that money to the people who pay YOUR salary. Because so far, it sems like all these "record breaking" quarters are just bullsh!t exec talk.
More demands from leadership while we get fewer resources to do the work.

@c2 Seriously, I think most of them only care about seeing green cells on spreadsheets and have no clue how they get there.
@ab Correct, but those kind of intangibles aren't easily tracked on a color coded spreadsheet report and therefore is beyond the comprehension of Dell leadership.

@OP It's not that simple. As a publicly traded company Dell has a legal obligation to prioritize the shareholders above the employees.
