I get that you don’t want to hear that, but that is indeed the case. Their direct manager also didn’t get it. Because he did nothing to correct their behavior.
I can’t imagine there are many in this category this far down the road but I guess we will see.

Oh boy. Sounds like someone that has been non complaint is worried.
Also, you know the answer. The requirements are in the same place that the report showing improved metrics for to RTO are. Which is to say, they do not exist.
If you have not been complying, you’re simply not going to get the bonus. Saw it last year. You will not be presented with any reports or metrics, or given a chance to defend yourself.
