This week so far has been a Charlie Foxtrot. Leaders aren’t ready for their new team. In Service Division, our schedules are a mess, huddles are scheduled where there shouldn’t be one, 1:1s not taking place with new leaders, etc. Who thought this was a good idea?

I've barely heard from my new leader that knows nothing about the work I perform. I'm supposed to set up a one on one but I'm drowning in work since two of my teammates got axed.
If we had some leaders that actually know what they are doing… how novel concept is that. Instead they chose to jettison the experienced people first. Who is accountable for this?
@ab Same here. Only reason I’m still around until release date is to train my replacements. It su-ks!! Can’t wait to leave this toxic work environment.
@ab I feel deeply sympathetic to those who lost jobs, while being acutely aware of how myself and others are being set back while still being technically being employed
Yupppp. Typical jones "wait to hurry up" inefficiency but on steroids. Already have some vague and unreasonable deadline for a big deliverable. No framework or thought work into what we need. No infrastructure for doing the work. No individual assignments.
The next few weeks are gonna be fun
