Do we think the announcements of the new structures within the 3 new tiers will come before or after the town hall next week? Feel like we’re still just waiting in limbo. Especially those who will likely fall into “TV Media” - whatever that means seeing as these brands will be “reinvented for a non linear world.”

i'm concurring so people know- the WARN dates in September are old - they reflect three months from the June layoff
WARN is 50 or more employees within 30 days regardless of any percentage workforce and single site means where they conduct business
*- i know some people from the last few rounds are suing over this
All the layoffs in WARN have already happened - the September date is 90 days from when the June layoffs occurred. You are not going to see any info on future layoffs on that site. They post AFTER everyone has been notified.
@a6 Yes both warn CA (100 ppl) and warn NY (200ppl) say 9/8 lay offs, which oddly is a Monday (as Paramount layoffs were always Tuesdays).
The only thing that Im worried about is that if you don't get warn payments (CA is 60, NY I 90).... hope Skydance is as generous with their compensation package as Paramount was, but dont think they will have to.

The 9/8 date on the NY Warn website reflects layoffs from 6/10. 9/8 is 90 days after 6/10.

People need to stop saying lay offs in September. There is ZERO evidence of that! It’s all hearsay. We have to give the management time to figure it out. I want to survive but I’m not going to keep stressing about a date that is clearly hearsay!
I’m sure we will know more next week. Not everything but some more. Just keep doing what you are paid to do.
