@OP got laid off after almost 20 years
2 months ago I was afraid to lose my job. 3 weeks ago I used the severance calculator. Then I became afraid of not losing my job. I feel relieved and happy.
Please take the time find yourself spiritually before applying to other companies. An ex-Intel employee is a ticking timebomb!
