This is fake news have not received or heard of any such thing. Just the bonus increase from 11 to 12 would make this a net negative also 12 is a very distinguished grade it is not just given away. We earned our 12s it is a slap in the face to just give an employee the G12 rank.

no one has come forward from any other unit to say its happening across the whole company so put yourself in the position of someone outside CX who just found out that two grades of employees inside cx just got handed promotions without any basis in performance. would you be happy with that? its public knowledge in here and it'll become wider public knowledge within the company at some point and theres bound to be a lot of unhappy people. especially if you work for another leader and just got told you're expected to be in the office now for the same salary while someone under LC may dodge RTO as well as pick up a pay bump totally unrelated to their work. maybe there's a big plan at the ELT level but for me as an average joe reading this site, it's beyond a joke.

Maybe maybe maybe it was determined that among all segments of the company CX is loosing employees at the highest rate of all, they are the most stressed out, and they are essential in keeping our customers happy. Or maybe it is a trap that makes them eligible for the next LR as being too expensive for the company

Rewards where 90% do not deserve it nor are ready, then don't even ask managers who deserves it. Well, if you are barely a 10 you aren't an 11 now because of a pen swipe by an overrated admin. If you are an 11 going to 12 you better be a 12 because you won't see the end of the year. The 12s now that put the efforts in? zero. Managers? zero. LC has topped MM for the most ignorant, company ki-ling decision yet. She has a couple more though that will top this one because the ELT is going to make it seem like first and second line managers are the bad guys when it comes time to cut, not the absolute stupidity of who keeps letting these people make decisions more difficult than do I need to inhale. They would smother if they had to do that.
