@dn This company has no hope of they keep whip lashing like this. I hope they bring back good leaders. There was one leader I really appreciated, a year or so back before they forced him to leave by making changes. His name was Karthik ..headed up Digital for optum. Atleast he spoke the truth and cared for us
It does look like OI CEO is holding spot for executives soon to depart UHG. other pattern is CEO for optum always filled by CEO of Optum Rx for a few cycles now then special advisor then gone
Seems that OI is a stop gap before being let go. It's a pattern that when you fail they move you to OI and then they disappear.
ugh the bad news just came out over teams we 100x doomed. Last CEO did not lst long lets hope for the same here gets his CEO title and moves elsewhere. He is more clueless than dhivia was

I can confirm this is the exit is handyman. I’ve heard these discussions. The company needs to downsize considerably. The cost implications are huge now than ever. This isn’t an Optum problem, it’s a competitiveness problem.
How irresponsible of the company not to have a replacement named!!!

Just got the email. He’s now the CEO of Optum Insight. Good riddance and of course my condolences to Optum Insight teams.
