Come on … this is very stupid to give old man more stocks and salaries without a single performance review yet while the id--ts got rid of another 20K talent employees contributed blood, sweat, tears and even shi t into their products.
So they want to attract and retain "new" employees...what about those who have been with the company years? They're not worth keeping? Are they going to let senior employees go? No ERP, just boot them out? I am so glad I took ERP in September. Best decision I made in all the years with Intel.
