When is it coming? It’s just suffocating to have 3 layers of directors over 5-6 individual contributors. They do not have much to do but to keep creating new sheets or presentations.
Also wasting time on 1:1s , team meetings at each director level. Why do they waste so much time?

@a9 how much of the Union time card is filled with watching Golden Girls and Family Feud. Bunch of useless folks hiding behind that Union flag.
I think management should have to keep a minute by minute timesheet of what they do all day like we do in the union.
It’s become a classroom for special needs children. A lot of AI created images of cr-p they want to speak about. Just say it, write out a couple words on a ppt, and use a stock photo of a graph indicating upward or downward trends. I don’t need a picture of my team looking like sh---y super heroes with a V on their chest. V stood for victory, now it stands for I vehemently hate this company.
