Those of us who were around when the spin-off happened saw how IBM was throwing all the "toxic assets" they could into Kyndryl. It was a dumping ground. Frankly, I'm shocked it too this long for all the accounting garbage to come to light.
Maybe Marty will lose his 15000 Sq ft 15 horse barn and brand new mansion in upstate NY?

The auditor is PwC. They will quickly distance themselves from this fiasco. Albeit not exactly stellar, unlike Kyndryl, they still have a reputation to protect. They also present another potential source of whistleblowers. A Google search produces at least a dozen law firms soliciting investors. Those suits will shine light on intentional misconduct and personal enrichment. Then the SEC who is watching this closely will mobilize and long awaited indictments will come down. It will be glorious!!!
