The outside world has a good idea, but the inside world, new and past employees know what happened, and there is a handful of people to blame, FB is first on the list.
And the BOD let it all happen. They All need to go and get some honest people there.
KKR. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts
@e6 private equity bought FD about 20 years ago
Who is KKR?
KKR mouthpiece.
Dude got a lucky break early in life (he said it himself that he would never have given ANYONE the chances he got early in his career) and was able to ride the economic wave of the 80s and 90s to be an executive and has since coasted in his network of reliable conspirators. What he did at Fiserv should be disqualifying for any level of power anywhere, but he’s already won. He will ride out the role with the current admin and then retire with hundreds of millions and maybe work part time in some administrative capacity or political/economic position. Anytime he spoke was an embarrassment, he is not charismatic at all and comes across as the d-mbest guy in whatever room he is in (a challenge with some of the folks he surrounds himself with).
He’s connected and protected. He got the board he wanted and that was all it took. Takeover. He was in bed with KKR and had free reign. Snake oil salesman.
@a9 agreed and all his minion mafia gang Guychi peaches Foski Gibbblets and the rest - the influence he had at NYSE - this is all a big scam
Well maybe start w HTF did he get FD role after JPMC scandal/fiasco?
he's a cnbc favorite which why so little media attention. it's actually a huge business scandal
He is very well connected and protected in the Wall Street community. Definitely an Oligarch.
