Sorry to those who were laid off today 🙁. I hope you find something better soon. My C-15 non-IC isn't contributing much either. They are just a politically connected paperweight w/no purpose whatsoever. Lol
Still so many C 15 and C16, individual contributors are not contributing more than C13. Citi does not know?

Can confirm. Just got notified that I'm being laid off today. I was hired earlier this year for a C13 role in Finance... frustrating.
@ap THat's because the data team in Finance is garbage. I mean, DH is a big shot there and he knows about as much about data as does the enterprise data officer - which is a sum total of nothing. And now their former head has been replaced by another nepo hire from Risk Management
