In this job market, that would have been a lot better than being laid off. I'd trade any of you demoted folks in a second.

@f4 do you honestly believe they will hire those who got an ISP for an open position?
@OP know that you can apply for any position that is open before your end date. many are opening this week as directors and leaders left open spots for those that got an ISP. so go apply.
@a9 I know exactly how you feel, and I truly hope this works out in the end for all of us.
I’m 100% with you. I’m so sick over this. No other MP in the firm’s history would have been okay with letting people go at all, my much less like this. I have this firm almost two decades of my life. Worked tirelessly and was loyal as it gets. I’ve mentored MANY MANY associates who are getting to stay, and I got the boot. I have no idea where to even begin and am a single mom with young kids. I’m devastated. Completely devastated. None of this is right. I’m so sorry you’re going through this, too.
