Is it because of Trump? Ernest was good man, doing great things for the betterment of inclusion in this company that is filled with majority white California bros.

@a9 Nobody ever said GM staff were intelligent!
@cc what are you talking about? are we in the same company?

@OP “filled with majority white California bros”
Excuse me this is Indian car company
Don't see how you can lay off high performers who worked on FNV4 being asked to dress up a $hit sandwich and keep some clown like this around in some made up position collecting likely and obscene salary for very little actual work. Would have to make that one make sense. Ford was trying to fall in line with the current political climate. Don't think for a minute they actually think that way.
@a9 And just look at those huge profits because of DEI. My bad. DIE?
Ernest is one of the best thought leaders I’ve ever talked with. He’s a heck of an inspiration.
It's kind of hard to claim diversity when many depts are 85% non-American Indians.
Diversity? Ford has been the masters of DEI since the Nassar days. No other auto OEM has more DEI in management than Ford. Although GM is catching up.
