They push out good engineers and then hire their friend. Who isn't qualified. THEN WHEN THE PROJECT GOES BAD EVERYONE BUT THE FRIEND GETS BLAMED.

This isn’t news, Intel has been kicking good engineers to the curb for decades, and replacing them with cheaper less talented people to make the finances look better.
The execs have utterly failed this company.
