Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

CS gone

Cruise Ship has been fired.

While this won’t fix SMG overnight, it is cathartic.

I heard ELT bought a yacht with the cost savings from cutting exempt pay. They said it will save money instead of paying for cruises.

Be careful what you wish for.

The company did not always have SMG, and any time an ELT member is pushed out what usually follows is massive headcount reductions.

LBT may be setting the stage for either eliminating SMG or at least limiting it to pipeline fulfillment.

Makes sense as advertising and partner reimbursements are hardly paying off now that Intel is no longer dominant in the compute space.

SMG just got cut severely in the last Intel Fun event, and that may have been merely the first pass at largely eliminating SMG.

This raises an important question: where will they spend all those billions?

Apparently, he couldn't stay in his lane. I love the word 'resigned' here... in that case, BK also 'resigned', and PG also 'resigned'.

We should make sure he never works again. Wherever he ends up, we should bombard them with complaints about his performance and arrogance, drum him out of the industry and workforce at large.
