How are you holding up now that it’s been confirmed we won’t see any promotions or raises for a while?

They’re just trying to see how much work they can throw at us without any promotions or pay increases. Then when we inevitably can’t keep up they fire us.
Streaming is where any real potential consumers are, so I don't get the never ending gutting of Streaming.
Promotions for Directors to become Sr Directors was also somehow deemed necessary. It’s all a joke.
Travel has been frozen...only okay if deemed necessary.

Vibol mentioned there will not be mid-year promotions. End of last year higher ups were promoted but I heard from others that they don’t think anyone else will be towards the end of this year.
